Set up the mapping once
On the Handoff tab, set up accountant mapping: pick the target software and map Kira categories to your codes. Anything unmapped goes to a suspense code so nothing is lost.
Export or email by period
On the Handoff tab, pick a date range and download the file, or email it straight to your accountant. Kira remembers their address.
