If you do the books for many businesses, Kira is built for you. Your clients dump receipts into WhatsApp all month; you review and export per client from one dashboard, the Firm Console.
How it works
- 1Sign in with Google to your firm account (invite-only).
- 2In the Firm Console, add a client (their business name + their WhatsApp number, which is required so Kira can route their receipts).
- 3Tell your client to save the Kira WhatsApp number and send their receipts there. Kira gives you a ready message to forward, that is all your client does, and they never need to log in.
- 4Their receipts land in that client’s Inbox; a badge on each client shows how many documents are waiting to review.
- 5You review and post them (your client does not, that is your job), then export their period file, ready for AutoCount / SQL / Xero.
💡 You see only your own clients. Each firm is isolated. Founding firms pay RM15/client/month, locked in; you bill your clients whatever you like and keep the margin.
