Ways to send

Photo, long receipts, PDF, voice, text, or a whole bank statement. Kira reads them all.

Photo of a receipt or invoice

Just snap and send. Kira reads the amount, tax, vendor and date. Add a caption for context, e.g. the account it belongs to.

Long receipts (too long for one photo)

Some receipts, like a long grocery bill, are too long to fit in one clear photo. Snap it in a few parts from top to bottom, then send them all in one go with the caption "long". Kira knows those parts are ONE receipt, stitches them into a single record (with the correct grand total), and keeps every part as evidence.

  1. 1Take a photo of the top of the receipt (shop name), then the next parts going down. Overlap a line or two between shots so nothing is missed.
  2. 2In WhatsApp, select all the parts and send them together with the caption "long" (or "panjang").
  3. 3Kira merges them into one record and replies with the total and number of parts. Review it once in the Inbox.
💡 Only add "long" when the photos are parts of the SAME receipt. Sending different receipts together (without "long") keeps them as separate records. Sent one by one and a part came late? Type "new" to start a fresh receipt.

PDF bills & invoices

Forward a PDF straight from your chat. Kira extracts it the same way.

Voice note

Speak naturally in any language: "beli minyak RM80". Kira transcribes and extracts it.

Text

Type it: "sold 3 shirts RM150". Kira figures out whether money came in or went out.

Bank statements & spreadsheets

Send a PDF, Excel or CSV statement and Kira extracts every line into your Inbox at once. Review and post them together.
