The Inbox: review before it counts
Every capture lands as a draft. You review it, then post it, staying in control.

Kira never posts straight to your records. Everything you send lands in the Inbox as a draft. It moves through two steps, and each one is stamped in the audit trail: who reviewed it and when, then when it was posted.
Step 1 — Review
- 1Open the Inbox tab. Documents needing review are under "to review".
- 2For each one: the original is on the left, the AI-extracted data on the right.
- 3Fix anything if needed (amount, vendor, date, account, business/personal/transfer).
- 4Tap Reviewed. This records who checked it and when, but it is not in your books yet.
Step 2 — Post
- 1Reviewed documents move to "ready to post" and get a reference number when posted.
- 2Tap Post to commit one to your official records, or Post all to commit every reviewed document at once.
- 3Need to change something? Tap Reopen to send it back to review.
💡 Only posted documents count in your records, summary and handoff. Drafts and reviewed-but-unposted documents never do.
