Your accountant or bookkeeping firm set up Kira to collect your receipts through WhatsApp. You do not need an account, an app, or a subscription, they handle all of that. You just send your receipts.
All you do
- 1Save the Kira WhatsApp number your accountant gave you.
- 2Snap a photo of any receipt or bill and send it there, the way you already chat. Any language.
- 3You can also forward a PDF bill, send a voice note ("beli minyak RM80"), or just type it.

Kira reads the amount, vendor and date, and it goes straight to your accountant. They review and record everything, you do not need to check or approve anything.
